Dinner

Pioneer Woman’s Chicken Spaghetti

Last updated on March 17, 2011 by Liza Hawkins

Last Sunday, I posed a question:
“It’s 2:30 on Sunday afternoon. What’s everyone planning to make for dinner?”
And one reply caught my eye. From @JusticeFergie.
“I’m thinking @thepioneerwoman‘s chicken spaghetti.”

I didn’t make the chicken spaghetti on Sunday. But I DID make it on Tuesday night.

And boy, oh boy…was it good. Leftovers last night? Even better.
I did have to tweak her recipe a little, not because I wanted to, but because of the ingredients I had on hand. No olives, less mushrooms, regular spaghetti instead of thin, added broth instead of white wine.
Still fabulous.
